Yesterday brought the onset of the third set of 301 tariffs for products imported from China. The products on list 3 will start at 10% and increase to 25% duty starting January 1st, 2019. However, many goods have been removed from the formerly scheduled list as well as now including some 10-digit exclusions. As we mentioned in our previous newsletter (here) drawback is allowed on Section 301 tariffs, and for your convenience we are providing a newly updated centralized list of all three (Section 301 – List 1 to 3).
