The Notice of Proposed Rulingmaking (NPRM) regarding the TFTEA drawback modernization has been released electronically and is expected to be published in the Federal Register this week. The electronic document is 444 pages (available here), all dedicated to drawback, and there is a review period of 45 days after date of publishing during which the government is accepting comments. The review here at Comstock is well underway and we will be working through the document to identify areas of concern.
