AAEI represents both US importers and exporters before the Executive Branch, Congress, the US Trade Representative and Customs and Border Protection. The AAEI Drawback and Duty Deferral Committee is the leading committee in the nation on drawback matters. David Corn serves as co-chair of the DDD Committee.
COMMERCIAL CUSTOMS OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE (COAC)
The COAC is an advisory committee established under the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015. The COAC advises the Department of the Treasury and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on the commercial operations of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and related Treasury and DHS functions.

NATIONAL CUSTOMS BROKERS & FORWARDERS ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA, INC. (NCBFAA)
The NCBFAA represents nearly 1,000 member companies with 100,000 employees in international trade – the nation’s leading freight forwarders, customs brokers, ocean transportation intermediaries, NVOCCs and air cargo agents, serving more than 250,000 importers and exporters. We are active members of the Drawback and Centers of Excellence and Expertise Subcommittees and one of our officers serves on the board of directors, representing the New York/New Jersey area.
NEW YORK/NEW JERSEY FOREIGN FREIGHT FORWARDERS & BROKERS ASSOCIATION, INC. (NYNJFFF&BA)
We are an active member of the NYNJFFF&BA, an affiliate association of the NCBFAA, which was founded in 1917 to discuss issues pertinent to members in freight forwarding and customs brokerage. C.J. Holt serves on the governance board and is active in leadership within this regional association.
TRADE SUPPORT NETWORK (TSN)
The primary purpose of the TSN is to provide a vehicle by which the trade communicates its user requirement recommendations and overall input for the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The TSN consists of representatives from the trade and the E-Customs Partnership. David Corn serves on the TSN Drawback Working Group to assist CBP with ongoing challenges with the transition of drawback to TFTEA and ACE.
